The Bop has a job to protect public safety by ensuring that federal offenders serve their sentences of imprisonment in facilities that are safe, humane, cost-efficient, and appropriately secure, and provide reentry programming to ensure their successful return to the community. When hurricane Harvey threaten to make the mission of the prison difficult due to roof leaks. They allowed us to come in and re roof the complex. Basic roofing is actively working on the roof replacement with our team of skilled roof technicians. We have employed workers with a wide range of experience from 6 years to 25 plus years of experience. We realize that finding good help is not as easy as it use to be. That is why we run an apprentice program. We encourage our laborers to learn and earn at higher skill level. We promote with in the company and invest right back into our people. this has allowed us to tackle 8,000 square roofs with minimal issues.
